課程概述

針對氣候變遷與永續發展兩個階段性的前瞻議題: 行動監測與氣候服務，使學生具備跨地球科學及社會科學方面的基礎能力，本課程以1學分short course 形式來探究行動監測和氣候服務概念，並透過實際議題和實作行動來分析資料與可能服務的對象，分組進行完成一份報告。 

課程目標
介紹國內外行動監測範例來思考動機與方向，並正確使用IPCS現有微型氣象觀測設備。從環境行動監測個案設計與實際觀測，讓學生從這情境練習資料蒐集與診斷。
訓練學生從收集資料到獨立思考問題，並提出問題與解決問題，並具備行動監測與氣候服務基礎科學的紮實根，以及開創性探討能力。 
課程要求
 大三以上或IPCS學生，外系需修習過天氣氣候相關的通識課程。
